What MMG does
My Move Guide (MMG) is a free UK home-moving resource. It combines practical checklists, clear explanations, mortgage and property calculators, and sources for decisions about moving, buying, selling, renting and letting. You can start without creating an account.
What is free
Guides, calculators and checklists are free to use. MMG currently takes no payments, sells no subscriptions and does not arrange mortgages, insurance or conveyancing.
How the information is produced
We write direct answers and explain assumptions, UK nation differences and important exceptions. A calculator produces a modelled result, not an offer, valuation, binding removals quotation or individual legal, mortgage or tax recommendation.
Plans and optional accounts
Guests can keep a checklist on their own device and export a backup. With an account, your email and explicitly saved checklist and scenario data are stored privately online. Moving details from the guest checklist are never silently uploaded on sign-in.
Operator information
MMG operates as a personally owned trading name, not a limited company. Before the final public launch, its responsible legal operator, an appropriate service address and verified contact channel must be displayed. These details are not invented or replaced with an unrelated business name.
